A Wisconsin man is being held at the Crawford County Justic Center on a half-million dollard cash bond after being accused of raping a 1-year-old girl.

Jason Kay, 35, of Beloit, Wisconsin, was arraigned this week in Crawford County Common Pleas Court. Kay is accused of raping the child on July 10 in Bucyrus.

If convicted of the charge, Kay faces a minimum of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
